Five Skincare Resolutions for 2020

Our skin tends to be a bit stressed out during the holidays, too many cocktails, over consumption of chocolate, etc. January is a great time to show your skin some L-O-V-E. There are several things you can do to help transform your skin in 2020. Below are five skincare resolutions to keep your skin clear and glowing.

  1. Make sunscreen a daily part of your routine. You know you should be wearing sunscreen 365 days a year, but are you actually doing it? Make 2020 the year to wear sunscreen every single day, rain or shine. We love the isdin brush on sunscreen. It’s easy, portable, and thanks to the powder formula, it literally feels like nothing on your face.

  2. Show your neck some love. You can always tell a person’s age by their neck and hands. This is an easy one to incorporate to your current skincare routine, just extend your products down to your neck and decolletage.

  3. Take your makeup off…every single night. Sleeping with your makeup on accelerates the aging process and can cause breakouts. Enough said.

  4. Clean your makeup brushes weekly. I know what you are thinking…who has time for this? I know, I get it, but it keeps germs at bay and helps your skin to stay clear. Dirty brushes = Clogged pores.

  5. Last but not least, drink a ton of water daily. It’s so worth it from a health perspective and for glowing skin. Not only will you feel better, but your skin will thank you as well.

Cheers to all of you adopting these skincare resolutions and transforming your skin in 2020.
