Next, you will be asked to remove any clothing or jewelry that may get in the way of the treatment. You will then be given a gown to wear during the procedure. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing to your appointment so you can easily change into your gown.

Once you're ready, the specialist will begin the CoolSculpting treatment. The entire process takes about 35 minutes per session. You may feel a pulling sensation during the treatment as the CoolSculpting device applies suction to the targeted area.

After your CoolSculpting treatment is complete you will be given a list of aftercare instructions to follow for the next few days. Immediately after the procedure, your treated area may look or feel stiff and transient redness may occur. The treated area may be red for up to a few hours after the applicator is removed.
