Medications
No aspirins or NSAIDs 7-10 days before treatment.
Physical Activity
No exercise for 1 day, stay upright for 3-4 hours, do not rub or massage area that was injected. No yoga. chiropractic visits, facial massage for 1 day.
Avoid Microneedling
No at home guasha or microneedling devices for 1 week. Please wait two weeks before any laser or microneedling treatments.
