How We Do It

One of our medical aestheticians will consult with you about your desired results and perform a skin analysis. Depending on your concerns and unique needs, your provider will determine which peel is right for you. Your provider will thoroughly cleanse the area being treated and apply the chemical peel

Side Effects

Dryness, temporary skin darkening, various levels of flaking and/or peeling depending on the strength of the peel

Time to full effect

After one of our light peels, you will see immediate results. After one of our medium to deep peels, you will see results within about 7-14 days.

Salon Treatments

Avoid electrolysis, waxing, depilatory creams & exfoliating products.

Medications

Any products that may be drying or irritating, including products containing salicylic acid, alpha hydroxy acids, vitamin c, hydroquinone, retinoids, and prescription medications.

Avoid Sun Exposure

For best results, it is advised to avoid sun exposure and the following products & procedures at least 1 week prior your treatment.

Symptom Relief

Moisturizer should be applied at least twice a day but can be applied more frequently for hydration and to decrease the appearance of flaking.

Salon Treatments

Do not have any other facial treatment for at least one week after your peel. You may resume the regular use of retinoids, alpha-hydroxy acid, beta hydroxy acid, only after peeling process is complete.
