If I am unable to use my service during the month, will that service rollover?
Annual members can roll over their treatments up to twice per year, provided advance notice is given during the month the service is being skipped. Services cannot be rolled over retroactively. Monthly members gain this rollover benefit after 3 continuous months of membership.
How does payment on monthly plans work?
Monthly plans - including Standard and Premium monthly memberships and Bank Your Honey - are set up as monthly subscriptions, so the plan's monthly charge will be auto-draft on the 1st of each month. Please note there will be a $25 fee if the card on file is declined at any time.
What types of subscription plans do you have?
There are three main types - Standard Membership, Premium Membership, and Monthly Bank. With our Standard and Premium memberships, you can choose a monthly or annual plan that helps you meet your beauty goals. During each month of membership, you'll select from a menu of available services, plus get access to special offers and discounts. With the Monthly Bank (Bank Your Honey) plan, you can apply your available balance towards a treatment of your choice. It's like having your own beauty savings account!
Can I cancel my Annual Standard or Premium membership subscription at anytime?
Automated renewal payments will be drafted on the one-year anniversary of the subscription activation date unless written cancellation is requested at least 14 days prior to the annual billing date. Upon cancellation of your subscription plan, the member can utilize services for the remainder of the paid membership term, but nothing moving forward.
