Procedure
After cleansing, ultrasound gel is applied and the Sofwave handpiece is passed over the treatment area in a measured pattern. Most sessions take 30 to 45 minutes. You will feel brief warmth with each pulse; the built-in cooling keeps the surface of the skin comfortable throughout.

Recovery
You can return to your day immediately. Mild redness or slight swelling may last a few hours. Makeup, exercise and normal skincare can typically resume the same day.

After
- Hydrate well in the days following treatment to support collagen remodeling
- Apply SPF 30+ daily and reapply as needed
- Resume gentle skincare immediately; pause strong retinoids or acids for 24 hours if the skin feels sensitive
