- Membership fees auto-draft on the 1st of each month
- $25 fee for declined cards
- No cancellation fee after the initial 3 months
- Skip a month twice per year (after 3 months)
- Standard late cancellation / no-show fees apply
- Annual renewal cancellations: 14 days notice required
- Services and B12 shots cannot be rolled over to future months or transferred

If I miss a month, does my service roll over?+
No.
How does monthly payment work?+
Monthly plans are subscriptions — the charge auto-drafts on the 1st of each month. A $25 fee applies if the card on file is declined.
Can I cancel my annual membership any time?+
Renewal drafts on your one-year anniversary unless written cancellation is received at least 14 days prior. You can continue using services through the paid term.
